As the facilities and comfortable environment for human is like slow poison which is decreasing the life of human and the Planet Earth. First of all eating in the wrong posture which slows down our metabolism. When we are standing, the colon ( where waste is stored) gets pushed up against the puborectalis muscle, which keeps fecal continence until its time to hit the washroom. Sitting down only partially relaxes that muscle. As three to four decades ago human used to pass his stool by sitting on the earth surface by making the natural squats and these natural squats used to compress the rectus area of the stomach and the entire colon along with the Puborectails muscle which holds the waste. And these normal squatting used to pump the blood from your legs to straight up in the intestine which is like a massage for the organs with anti gravity due to the entire body weight pressure. On the same side when you make the posture in half standing way at the 90 degree as shown in the diagram with red image. In this posture means ( Half Squatting ) holds the blood in legs due to gravitational pull and there is no pressure on the rectus region. So this phenomena of sitting in 90 degree to pass the waste chocks the Puborectalis muscle and this is how the waste stays inside the colon and slowly slowly the accumulation of the waste in the colon slow down your metabolism and the immune system and the organs starts to feel more toxic and builds more diseases. Specially the Pancreas Gland and Stomach gets first of all effected.The less mobility in the Pelvis with both hips the more weaker legs always leads to weak immune system. This the reason why these days women’s are not able to deliver babies without the surgery and new born babies are having more health issues by birth. Try to sit in the natural squat by keeping under your feet any higher object to make the angle of your squat at least 35 degree. It will be big substitute to help you out if are not able to sit on the Earth surface and will keep open the Puborectalis muscle to release the waste.
