The Human body is formed from the Chimpanzee. Still the Chimpanzees doesn’t walk or completes 10,000 to 15,000 steps everyday. Chimpanzees only does calisthenic movements and hang themselves on the bars or trees and keeps the consistency of aerobic respiration in their body. Thats how chimpanzees gets sick very rare and let me tell you Chimps have 10 times more powerful antioxidants than human. As human these days doesn’t work hard physically as used to do four to five decades ago. These days human with his sedentary lifestyle try to hit sudden gym or wanna run on treadmills in anaerobic respiration. The anaerobic respiration way always leads the human towards the cardiac arrest or the high blood pressure.
1. Aerobic Respiration with physical activity like own body weight training with long & deep inhale through the nose the oxygen makes each and every tissue in your body oxygenated and with proper exhale of carbon dioxide from your body repairs all cells of your body like mitochondrial cells.This is how aerobic respiration moments makes us healthy and happy.

Anaerobic Respiration with physical activities like running on treadmill, indoor gyms, walking or any kind of cardio workout where you loose your breath and moments at your physical workout are Anaerobic Respiration.Fast breathing during the physical activity only concentrate in your lungs, tissues and cells only carbon dioxide.The carbon dioxide which you inhale with fast exercise, inside the gym or on the treadmill it mixup with your body gases gets concentrate in the cells along with it stops the process of glycolysis with Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) & Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) and this is how we stop to break our glucose in the body and builds more lactic acid in the body and this is how our glucose doesn’t transform in the energy and the body gets tired more and breathless. Then mixup of carbon dioxide and glucose together in the body accumulate more deoxygenated blood. The more deoxygenated blood in the body the more chance of high blood pressure and heart has to make more pressure on ventricles and after sometime the heart gets the arrest or fail. This is how young generation getting sudden heart attacks and dying during their cardio activities.

Walking 2-3 hours everyday without aerobic respiration our body builds more deoxygenated blood in the body and the legs accumulate you entire body blood in your legs due to gravitational pull and upper body gets dry with all the organs and cells.The upper body struggles without oxygenated blood.The organs looks for more energy but due to accumulation of the blood in the legs the organs starts to get loose their life and cells like mitochondria gets deformed. When the cells and organs start the deformation. This is how our pancreas gland releases more glucose directly in the body and we cant control our diabetes. The bones start gets deformation and its starts to tilt your posture which leads you towards scoliosis and later on the scoliosis starts to compress the organs which makes more body and organs weaker. So please stay on more aerobic respiration activities and keep your health more sustainable.
